[D3E] Notes on July 23, 2013 teleconference

Thanks to those folks who showed up on IRC.

I messed up the meeting scheduling with respect to the W3C teleconference bridge schedule (I was off by a week), and so we did not have a conference bridge available. However, several of us showed up on IRC and had a great discussion. I copied a portion of the log (lost the first part of it) into the meeting notes wiki page: http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/wiki/Bi-weekly_meetings

Our next meeting (to get back on track) is to meet on July 30th. I'll send out agenda topic reminders the day before as usual.

Gary, I hope you're doing well-haven't heard from you in a while, but I know you've been preparing publication documents :). When you get back to DOM3Events, we'd love for you to start with the following two bugs:
