I don't see how http://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-document-url is linked to
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/dom.html#the-document's-address
but they should be the same concept (since document.URL is affected by e.g.
history.pushState).
