Please do me a favor.  Read the example I wrote above.  What origin 
should be used when W is navigated to a data: URI and why?

The testcase is so obfuscated that it's hard to tell what it does.  I 
can try to tease it out, but you could also try to write it in a clear 
and simple way so it tests one and only one thing, doesn't try to be 
clever with using the same HTML for multiple independent pages, doesn't 
require random hosts file hacks, etc.  That would sure make it simpler 
to answer your "is it valid?" question.

If you want me to spend time answering that question, I really do 
suggest you do the above, because I simply don't have any more time to 
spend on this discussion if we're doing to ignore parts of it and write 
obfuscated code.
