The following tests have been added to the test suite.

HTMLTableElement39
HTMLTableElement40
HTMLTableSectionElement30
HTMLTableSectionElement31
HTMLTableRowElement20
HTMLTableRowElement21

These tests use -1 as an index on the insertRow, deleteRow
insertCell and deleteCell methods.
