Updated Prototype TS

I have updated the prototype at http://dom-ts.bclary.com to include the 
current version of assertURIEquals which is now available at:

http://dom-ts.bclary.com/build/ and 
http://dom-ts.bclary.com/DOM-Test-Suite.tar.gz

I reran the tests as before again and have attached the error logs.

Both have check cache each time set.
All tests uses default settings except for Content Type
