Re: Use of string literal ("dummy") as namespace resolver in L3 XPath tests and other schema validation issues

I've logged the last issue as bug 443 and have committed changes to 
dom-to-schema and dom-to-dtd to make resolver and expression optional 
and have removed those attributes on calls to XPathExpression.evaluate.
