DOM TS bugs reported by KDE team

I logged and resolved 4 bugs on DOMTS that had been reported to me by 
the KDE team.

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=1140: Misleading message 
in ecmascript/svgunit.js

I had not been aware of the significant number of new bugs reported 
against the DOM TS and will attempt to try to work through them as time 
permits.
