Re: XML DOM issues in IE and Opera

I think Firefox has issues with it--I remember helping a fellow a
while back because he was using that and it was failing in Firefox. 
He was looking for a whole series of tags by a specific name, though,
so I had him use getElementsByTagName().

On top of that, it just looks klugey (definition for kluge:
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=kluge ) to me.  I cringe at
the thought of putting into my code--it's not sleek enough.  Perhaps I
am a selectSingleNode snob?
