Probably not entirely related to this list, but I didn't know where else to post (as this list always gives me the answers :)

If people don't think it belongs here, please let me know and I'll forward it some other list.

I am looking for a Cross Domain Authentication Pattern.

If I have 2 domains - www.abc.com & www.xyz.com and I want a user to login to www.abc.com and be autologged in to www.xyz.com
then what are the options we have?

Should both domains go through some common master domain that takes care of logging the user in and passing the cookies information?

Is their any nice article on it somewhere?

Thanks in advance,
Mandy.
