Elinks and Javascript

Sorry for my English!
I configured Elinks with SpiderMonkey(js-1.60-2):
Os Fedora Core 6

elinks --version
ELinks 0.11.4 (built on Sep 16 2008 13:57:34)

Features:
Standard, IPv6, gzip, bzip2, Periodic Saving, Timer, Cascading Style Sheets,
Protocol (BitTorrent, File, FTP, HTTP, URI rewrite, User protocols), SSL
(OpenSSL),
MIME (Option system, Mailcap, Mimetypes files), LED indicators, Bookmarks,
Cookies, ECMAScript, Form History, Global History, Scripting (ECMAScript
scripting engine),
Goto URL History, Search History

I try to open page with javascript:
<html>
<body>
<script>
document.writeln("JAVAscript work");
</script>
</body>
</html>
Buy I see only [ --J-- ] at the botton of screen and clear scrren. I can not
see text "JAVAscript work".
I understand, that if htmlpage containg javascript code, that I can see [
--J-- ] at the botton of the page, but javascript did not run.
Please help me, what I need to doing?
