bind elinks to an interface (such as eth1 or tun0)

Hi, I'm interested in running elinks but would like it bind to an
alternate interface (such as eth1 or tun0 under Linux).

I have several interfaces for different routes on my computer, and
would really like to have elinks take advantage of this.

Is this possible?
