how can you prevent focusing on a form on the webpage?

A lot of webpages for magazines (e.g. Macworld) have a subscription form
on the bottom of the page and forces elinks to focus on it, which means
that you have to manually scroll up the page to see content.

Is there any configuration setting to prevent auto-focusing on form
fields?
