elinks (freedos port) can not upload files

 my elinks (Freedos port, from http://glennmcc.org/download/mik )can not upload files more than (approximately) 1 kb; it transfer about 0.6...1.5 kb; write in statusbar "request send"; do nothing about few minutes; error message "can not retrieve example.com/upload/: error reading from socket"
sometimes, when try uploading, elinks tell me another error: "EWOULDBLOCK operaton would block"

and, it seems, that .html files it can upload better: approximately 10...20 kb, but,  also can not succesfull upload if filesize more than approximately 1 kb
