First thing I would suggest is grabbing the latest version from here

http://www.apathystudios.com/downloads/EnvoDev_1-0-1.zip

You will need to completely remove the old version and then add this one.
From there once the module is installed you can access it by going to
index.php?module=envodev . I hope this helps.
