RC6 is up...many updates and code fixes

The first thing that we need to do obviously is make sure it installs
ok. There are numerous DB changes. This is why the upgrade script has to
be last.

I won't be doing the upgrade script..I just don't have time. So I need a
couple volunteers to step in and handle the upgrade script portion of
the installer. I'll continue to maintain the installer and newdata part
of the script.

Also someone who is good with the skins needs to go over the
LiquidLogic, X-Indus, and DuskyBlue skins with a fine tooth comb and
make sure they are up to snuff as well. I know they look a little weird
cause I didn't have the color schemes for X-Indus and LiquidLogic. Maybe
just tidy them up a bit for release.

We'll do a RC7 later Thursday night or very early Friday morning.

I'm off to bed now gang...keep the feedback coming...also prior to V
1.0.0's release on Sept 1st we need a detail changelog. I have been
keeping track of what was done...but I get so many things sent to me I
didn't keep straight who submitted them. So if you would remind me who
submitted what code I'll make the proper credits.
