Upgraded from PN .714 Encompass. It's something in the DB because when I replaced the modules and modules_var, it happened again with my fresh install. Do you happen to know the answer to my mysql question about deleting all tables with a specific prefix? Of course the Modules module appears in the admin panel and it does have admin functions...I don't know what the hell I was thinking when I said it didn't have admin functions like Web Links or something. I havn't been able to reproduce this either. Is this on a fresh install or an upgrade?
