Blocks Error

When I attempt to add a new block, I am getting this error:

Failed opening 'modules/Arena_Forum/Arena_Forumtables.php' for
inclusion (include_path='./:/usr/local/lib/php') 

Is anyone familiar with what to do to fix this?
