RE: Upgrade/Install Problem

Well, upgrading from PN.714 Encompass has fubar'd the site something awful.
I thought the fix.php file said I could add any of my themes back after
installation but my theme, based on PostNukeBlue doesn't show up as
installed or in Encompass. Also, has anyone else gotten the blank.php page
to display? All I am getting is:

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. The URL is
http://www.web-dj.net/hosting if anyone wants to take a look. The blank.php
page is in the root of that site. All of my custom pages are built from that
template, so you'll see the same display when you click on many of the nav
links.
