Suggestion for Install

I just confirmed that there is no xcache directory
present in any of the theme folders when I uploaded
from a windows ftp program.  A simple index.html
should do the trick...

Also, future releases, is it possible to make the
xcache one folder that is referenced from all
envolution themes?  That way, the user doesn't have to
CHMOD so many xcache folders.
