troubles after install

Hello,
After installing (from pn_714encompass_911a to Envolution RC3) I get
this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in
/home/httpd/html/header.php on line 179

I haven't been able to figure out why it isn't looking in a theme
directory.
Any help?
