This looks fairly well thought out. So the templates other than the holders a
strictly html or xml. If so this would be awsome. Good place to go. It should
render rather fast.

I think but don't quote me. The main differnces are that the mysql caching has
been improved. I havn't played with the 2.x brach at all.
