RC% is now available

1) I fixed the "no templates assigned error"
2) added the: 
"SITENAME"      => pnConfigGetVar('sitename'), 
"SLOGAN"        => pnConfigGetVar('slogan'),
fix to /modules/Encompass/pnclasses/Encompass.php file mentioned by
Brook.
3) I updates the pninit.php in /modules/Encompass
4) Updated the installer to fix the modules upgrade crap when ya click
"regenerate" from the Admin Panel/Modules tool

Now. I gotta get some homework done....LOL. Plus work on the manual a
little more.

If someone can track down where the PostNuke manual is called from when
ya go into the admin panel and click on "Online manual" just below the
title of the Admin Panle I'd appriciate it....I gotta get that ugly crap
outta there and put in some real information.

Please run this RC5 though the mill and look for very obvious problems,
I've enabled most things by default just for this purpose.
