If your trying to deactivate the inside block altogether then go into
the admin panel and click on Encompass, then click on "Zone Settings"
then you'll be able to deactivate the inner block form there.


HOWVER...in RC5 I seem to have screwed up the defaults making it a
required block.

I will fix that in RC6 tomorrow.

But thats how ya do it anyway.
