ATTN : Zoom Files attached to merge into RC5

Hi Zoom,

I understand you are very busy man right now :), and as mh7 explained
there was some mix up with file inclusions in previous RCs as a reason
my changes were not included. Here is a set of files you can just copy
over official RC5 that will introduce all my changes to Topics and
Sections modules, including upgrade scripts. This is the third time I am
trying to submit these changes. The first one was on my own initiative,
the second one was per mh7 request on this list, now is the third time
and they are compatible with the latest RC available. If for some reason
you feel that these changes should not get into Envolution 1.00 release,
just state so here (no explanation necessary) and I will stop wasting my
time and yours.

PS it is 6:20 AM on the East Coast, so I think my changes would be among
the first submitted for your RC6 :)
