since I missed all the fun last night here is piterpan working and all. There 
are a few changes from the original theme but nothing major. I will try to 
add the top blocks shortly from the original theme. They will be more of a 
hard coded feature of the them instead of the blocks you would normally have 
but it's good for now. I also need to fix top and bottom center blocks to be 
actual blocks.


Please report any error's thank you. I'm already aware of an error in older 
Netscape 4.X series that does not render the background colors for the tables 
correctly.
