No, just apply them before you upload like I do. Ther's some updates to the
install scripts that should be applied before you do the install. It should
fix a few errors with some of the tables and add the extra theme data that
zoom added. The upgrade feature has not been touched yet as I'm still working
on a few other things yet.
I also have a newer version of piterpanV2 with a few fixes. That i did not
include becuase the mailing list says the zip is to bbig and blocks my
emails. So if anybody want's it let me know and I'll email it.
When I get the rest worked out I'll update the install scripts to add my theme
to them.
Still to get working is the forward/next buttons not showing up when posting a
commnent on multipage articles and removeing [pagebreak] from the print page.
