Upgrade script work needed

After we release RC7 we really need to work on the upgrade script to
allow seamless upgrades from PostNuke and PHP-Nuke. 

I anyone up to this? I personally cannot allocate time to working on
this due to my other responsibilities. When I first started updating the
install script from the encompass/pn custom package it only took me
about 4 hours to do it..and half of that was just figuring out what was
going on with it..so don't be intimidated by it (I am not a coder and I
accomplished this much).

I'll have to get a stock PN and stock PHP-Nuke test installation going
on my box to test it once we produce something.
