Re: RC7 delayed

As far as the Drop down menu.. i changed the way you were calling the
encompass_admin_view function.. switched it to the same way it was called in
the encompass_admin_main function...

and as far as the permissions checks.. you had put
if (!pnSecAuthAction(0, 'Encompass::', '::', ACESS_EDIT))

hehe if you'll notice that access is missing a "c" ;) hehe we all make
typo's from time to time!~!
