user signup bug

Hey,
I just caught a bug in the user signup. Same as we had earlier today with the messages module.. when you click on the links for legal and privacy policy it was linking to these as
http://www.apathystudios.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=legal&file=privacy

instead of

http://www.apathystudios.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Legal&file=privacy

Attatched is a copy of the fixed NS-NewUser module.
