Envolution 1.00 Release Candidate 7

Finally folks, here is the Release Candidate 7. This is a joint effort between
Zoom and myself, and there are just a few more updates to make that have come
in. We are getting this out for testing purposes and so language definitions can
be made.

We are nearly at the Release code now: a few more updates, "un-branding" and a
reduction in the package size is being done now. Please run this code through
the test machine and let us know if you find any bugs.

ATTENTION: The update script is largely untested, so please test it and report
any problems.

As I said, Zoom and I have just a couple of changes to make --other than that
this is the release package.
