New theme installation

Here is something that i was thinking about... In this new version of
Encompass, the database needs to be updated with the name of the theme and
the _theme_config and _theme_zones also have to have info dumped into them.
Now i know what info needs to go where in order to make things work, but the
average user might have some problems with this.. i think that there should
be an admin section for adding a new theme, because at the current time if
you just upload a theme to the themes dir and switch to it in the settings
panel it's not gonna work. Just wondered if there is someone working on
something like this.. if not i'd like to volunteer my services! Thanks
