RE: IRC chat (java module)

For me is also something I cant use at work as I am behind a
proxy/firewall with only HTTP open. As it is a java applet, which is run
on the client side, it will try to connect as an usual IRC client will
do. So, if you can't connect by means of an IRC client, you cant either
use this applet, as it is nothing more than a normal IRC client.
