Fresh install problems (bugs)

I keep getting the following errors. I'm still learning the SQL structure and 
what exactly is going. Here it is.

envo_group_perms updated.
Notice: Use of undefined constant _users - assumed '_users' in c:\program 
files\apache group\apache\htdocs\envrc8\html\install\newinstall.php on line 67

envo_users updated.
Notice: Use of undefined constant _group_membership - 
assumed '_group_membership' in c:\program files\apache 
group\apache\htdocs\envrc8\html\install\newinstall.php on line 72

envo_group_membership updated.
Notice: Undefined index: OS in c:\program files\apache 
group\apache\htdocs\envrc8\html\install\modify_config.php on line 156

I've looked at it and it looks like $prefix is getting lost in newinstall.php. 
I'm not sure how/where to fix it though.....
