RC9 is available

This release still doesn't have multipage working. There are some funky
characters in a few of the module titles, probably due to a CR or line
return..but Ive not been able to locate them if that is indeed the case.

After we fix these issues we will be ready to repackage and publish
version 1.0.0.

I'll be out for a little while as is Brian. Once we return we'll see
what fresh eyes have found out.
