Fix [Was: Fresh install problems (bugs)]

Alright, the latest and greatest produces other errors at the same time, but 
the 3 I had still are there. I've produced a fix and am attaching it to this 
message and I've already submitted it to Scott, but I thought everyone else 
could use it in the mean time. Just over write it in the install directory.

If anyone has a copy of the file that has the theme zone defines, it would be 
appreciated to have as it seemed to have been left out of the the RC9 package.
