Most third party modules will work without any trouble. The script is supposed to upgrade only the system, not the third party modules. Anyway, third pary modules already installed that are part of Envolution 1.0.0 package are upgraded too, as it's the case with the previous installation of Encompass and an existing installation of User Points. I have already upgraded a working site with third party modules withouth any trouble. The only module that *maybe* can have trouble is X-User module (*maybe* just because havent tested it enough, but it should run fine also). If you can test the upgrade on a local machine, for example, I will be very glad to hear your comments. As a note, envolution-hispano.org has been upgraded via this script from PN .714 + Encompass + MagicX mods, blocks, hacks Saludos, Marino Carlos (aka xaplo) http://www.envolution-hispano.org > -----Mensaje original----- > De: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] En nombre de royce holden > Enviado el: martes, 03 de septiembre de 2002 22:53 > Para: [email protected] > Asunto: Re: [envdev] Upgrade betatesters needed > > > Will we support upgrades from .714 sites with 3rd party > modules?
