BUG: Wrong file on package

Package for Envolution 1.0.0 still has bugged file install/Encompass.php. It
should be replaced with the one I already sent. The bug is the one reported
about table theme_skins not beeing filled with data. This file will make
upgrades from PN without Encompass to fail. This will avoid users need to
run fix.php after upgrade.
