envolution 1.0 zipps/tarballs

These are NOT ready for release.

Of critical importance is the language files for the installer. They are
located in /html/install/lang/eng/global.php and they need to be
translated into many different languages.

The package ships with English, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French, and
German. So we need the installer files need brought up to date with
these languages.

Also I broke the installer somehow and have been looking at it for
several hours now...Im exhausted and need a break from it...so would
some kind soul look and see what I've done to screw it up? Please.

I've also added some extra skins to this. Those skins suck and need
touched up...by all means they are not major problems..just need tweaked
a little.

In the /html/install/newdata.php on line 432 is where the tables are
inserted for each skin. I've put the Envolve skin tables in there but it
needs tables for LiquidLogic and Crack too.

Back to languages:

The skins themselves have language files and each on of the skins needs
the language files translated as well.

I've updated the pn_version number stuff and modified the meta data that
a fresh install put's in the database. On an upgrade it wont replace the
old PostNuke stuff....so there is an issue to resolve for the devs.

Anyway this is a start.....I think we should release this only after we
have those issues resolved.
