Nope, checked all that. all users in group : user
admin perms OK
admin users added in groups and in permissions

I can go into admin blocks and view, configure existing blocks
When I hit new block, the page starts to load and hangs after javascript -
openwindow line

I can wait til theupdate and hope something gets fixed.. but if anyone has
clue where else I can look I would love to get back to work on this.
