Lost text in form fields......

To be fair, before asking for help, I guess you should know I am a long
time pn user and fan of envolution, and have been lurking in the nuke
and php community for months now, (not having anything prudent to
contribute), and think the envo support community and code developers
are the shiznit!

Well, I think I may have drank my last beer today because I am sure I
have lost all link to sanity, as I am seeing things that are impossible
to be there. When I login to admin on this envo site:
http://www.carbonfusion.com/rcptest/html/
and hit the settings section for the usual setup, EVERY single one of
the form fields is filled with invisible text. I SWEAR TO GOD! I think I
am losing my mind. Someone please tell me there is a logical reason for
this?

To be clearer, I should rephrase this. All of the settings are still
there in the form field just as I filled them out, however you cannot
see the text unless you select it and highlight it. Surely this is
something css or something? I just switched the site over to the
wonderful HeritageF theme and have poked around but can't find
anything.... Please help as this is supposed to go production within a
few days... Thanks in advance and keep up the excellent work where the
cms world has let us down so many times before!
