STATUS UPDATE: feature sand bugs module

Hi gang,

Just wanted to let you know that my module is coming along (but much
slower then I anticipated) I just finished admin part with some display
functions from user API. Just have couple of bugs to fix (not really
bugs but extended functionality). I will work on the user part tomorrow,
and hopefully will finish it.
