Send you fixes for 1.0.1.

Ok I will look through the past posts but we now have cvs and I'm loooking to 
collect all the fixes and updates that need to go into 1.0.1. Madhatter had a 
problem with his system( it died ) and lost the current round of updates.

I you have a patch, fix, update, or inclusion please post it here. These will 
be rounded up for 1.0.1. I will be testing them for stability and to see if 
they work over the next few days and hopfully we will have a fix available 
shortly. 

This will include an update package and also a fresh release of 1.0.1. This 
will allow you to apply patches or do a fresh install.
