Blocklayout goes bust.

I must have missed the original message or something, but on the pndev list, 
they're talking about it. Kinda funny, if ya think about it. They raised a big 
stink over a non-existent theme engine, then they run off a lot of their 
developers, and then they dump the project. Hardly makes sense. lol! Why can't 
they make up their minds? Oh well, back to the grindstone.....
