Error accessing MODULES, AUTOLINKS, BLOCKS, etc. using a non-encompass themes

After upgrading to RC10, I get the following error when clicking the links
in the Administration area (Modules, Autolinks, Blocks, etc.), I am using
the SeaBreeze and ExtraLite themes:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare head() in
/var/www/virtual/dev/envolution/header.php on line 46


*The links work fine using the Envolved theme.
