upgrading envolution 1.0

Please before we release 1.0 lets do several quality assurance testing
on the upgrade portion of the script...remember I have not edited it at
all...so I am certain that part of the script will need some tweeking.

Mostly the groups and perms portions since I added perms and groups the
the install script.

Also the postnuke specific stuff will need to be changed to reflect
Envolution.

I'll start looking at it tonight.
