[EP-tech] DataCite DOIs

Hi All, We have a data repository at Liverpool and use the DataCite plugin to mint DOIs. It appears to work fine on the live server, but has stopped working on the test server. We use the test url in the config and a different DOI prefix to the live server. They're the only differences I can see between the two, so I'm wondering if my problem is external. Is anybody aware of whether the test url is working generally? I can't think of why it would suddenly stop working otherwise. I'm on version 1.0 of the plugin (with the intention of upgrading). The next Test deposit in the live archive on 19/02/2019 has no DOI. I did some deposits earlier and didn't appear to get any errors in the logs. If anybody can shed some light on this I'd be very grateful (I have emailed DataCite support to see if they know of anything).
