The epadmin upgrade will upgrade the database after you upgrade the code. A= t the moment it sounds like you have done one without the other? I *think* that epadmin --version will tell you what the database things it = is on. Have a look in perl_lib/EPrints/SystemSettings.pm to see what versio= n the code is on. In my current slightly panicked state I can't work out how to see the actua= l version that it THINKS is installed.
