[EP-underground] Re: Cogprints: Problem with Submission

Can you send me a copy of the file. It's probably something to
do with character encoding. EPrints serves all HTML pages as
utf-8 unless the file explicitly overrides this. It's possible
that your file is in something like latin-1.

There's probably an easy but arcane fix.
