Here are 37 powerpoints designed to explain and promote open access through the self-archiving of institutional (peer-reviewed) research output (BOAI-1). Those too should be on a per-paper basis, and extrapolated into the future. The target is open-access to all 2,000,000 refereed papers appearing annually in the planet's 20,000 refereed journals.
