I currently have Eprints 2 running on my web server which is a Sun Solaris machine running Solaris 7.  We have perl 5.6.1 and mysql 3.23.49 installed and for the web server we are using apache 1.3.26. We have just purchased a new Solaris machine on which I am planning on installing Solaris 9. I will also install apache 2, mysql 4, and perl 5.8. Do you know of any problems with installing eprints 2 with this configuration?  Thanks for any information.

        I am  a  second year student of Associateship in Documentation and Information Science of Documentation Research and Training Centre, Indain Statistical Institue, Bangalore, India. In Second year we have to do two projects and have to submit dissertation.
